CraneMaster

There are two available versions with air suction cups at either the top or bottom of the system. Thanks to its highly efficient cycle time, the CraneMaster contributes to the overall cost-effectiveness of the manufacturing process and is recommended for companies with medium to high volume production.
CraneMasterLinear
The CraneMasterLinear is the most efficient loading/unloading system. It loads new material while unloading cut parts for a smooth production and better machine efficiency, allowing for swift throughput times and providing maximum work flexibility.
The system features two movable pallets, which have an unlimited motion range on the vertical axis and can move to any location within the structure for unprecedented flexibility.
The CraneMasterLinear can be configured to lift and deposit metal sheets on either the left or right side of the laser shuttle table and is recommended for manufacturers with high production volumes.
CraneMasterStore
This loading and unloading system was designed for efficient cooperation between the material storage tower systems and the cutting machine.
It provides all the automatic functionalities expected from the CraneMaster system, such as efficient material loading from the warehouse onto the cutting machine and simultaneous unloading of cut parts into the warehouse or onto the unloading station.

CraneMasterStoreLinear
The CraneMasterStoreLinear is a loading/unloading system designed for swift cooperation between the material storage towers and the cutting machine.
It provides all the automatic functionalities expected from the CraneMaster system, such as efficient material loading from the warehouse onto the cutting machine and simultaneous unloading of cut parts into the warehouse or unloading station.
The system features two movable pallets, which have an unlimited motion range on the vertical axis and can move to any location within the structure. The unloading and loading stations can be located on either side of the machine, and the pallets can be set on the floor rather than on a special table.
All this makes the CraneMasterStoreLinear the most efficient and flexible of the CraneMaster systems, recommended for manufacturers with a high capacity and a medium to high production volumes.
eTower1
The eTower1 Is a single tower storage system equipped with a loading/unloading station and universal shelves that can be used for raw material as well as for cut parts and remnants. It consists of a transport column equipped with a moving lift that transports the palettes between the storage shelves and the loading/unloading station.
The automated lift picks up a pallet containing raw metal sheets and takes them to the CraneMasterStore. The CraneMaster then places them onto the machine’s pallet changer and simultaneously removes the cut parts to be stored.
The standard eTower1 system comes with 10, 15, or 20 shelves but can be customized according to your needs. In addition, it features a control panel that allows you to manage material storage and retrieval throughout your facility.
